My name is kyouhei kuriyama. I am from Ishikawa prefecture. I am 23 years old.

I belong to Graduate School of Engineering of Applied Chemistry and biotechnology, University of Fukui and I am first grade in 2017 .
Recently, my research theme is analysis of signaling pathway on cell growth stimulative effect by hydrolysis products of sericin in keratinocyte, the epithelial cell from human . In the following passage, I want to simply explain two terms, the signaling pathway and hydrolysis products of sericin. Frist, the sinnaling pathway is the process that a chemical signaling or physical stimulus is transformed into the intracellular signaling by a membrane protein in a cell and the siglaling is transferred to the intranuclear throught Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase Cascades(MAPK cascades). The other is hydrolysis products of sericin what hydrolysis the sericin that surrounds the fibroin in silk and is removed throught degumming. Also ,this products have useful physiological activity such as cell growth stimulative effect, cell death inhibit effect.
A background of my research is that conventional growth factor alter the non mammarian growth factor because we hope to avoid amphixenosis .

Opinion
Currently globalization is progressing now, people of various races are doing work across national borders. So, I would like to think about the job hunting for new graduates in Japan. Job hunting in Japan is different from the mainstream in the world. I have the opinion that in order to secure diverse human resources in the world, systems of job haunting in Japan should adapt to the adoption criteria of the world.
A graduate recruitment in Japan can lose its diversity. Companies in Japan generally adopted new graduate students and generally work until retirement age. This form is not as strong as before but still persists. This system is not premised on dismissal, there is stability after employment. However, this lifetime employment in abroad does not exist, and if vacancies come out throughout the year, they will recruit. In this system, the liquidity of labor market and change job market is high. And, in job hunting activities, individuals can search jobs at free discretion and can work. Therefore, even if it is not suitable for one company, it is easy to find the next suitable job.
In job hunting activities around the world, the role after employment is clear. In Japan, recruitment jobs can be divided into general jobs and minor career jobs, but in the world it is divided by section and role. The difference in adoption leads to differences in treatment after joining the company. In Japan, we evaluate with potential to contribute to the company's performance after joining the company. Meanwhile, overseas it is regarded as an immediate fight after joining the company. In this regard, it is important to find jobs in the world, fields and research contents studied in the university major. Therefore, study at a university is directly linked to future works, and its role myselfs is easy to clarify.
For these reasons, the recruitment of new graduates in Japan has low liquidity in the labor market and the role after employment is not clear. Therefore, in order for Japan to adapt to the global society, I think that it is necessary to meet the standards of the world.

Instead of improving the productivity for workers, I oppose the opinion that telework leads to lowers productivity and obscure the boundary between work and private.
When we write sentences outside the office, it is a fact that the information that colleagues possess or the materials necessary for hand is lacking. However, thanks to development of modern information equipments, since smartphones enable easy and prompt information communication, they can communicate with colleagues in real time. In addition, it can be considered that necessary information can be searched if it is made into a database of internal information. In this way, controlling information transmission will improve document creation efficiency.
In the case of teleworking, we should focus on autonomously controlling our activities. This is annoying and troublesome for workers. However, we do not necessarily have to do the work alone. For example, it is thought that by using public space such as satellite office and cafe, it is possible to suppress self’s natural desire.
At telework, the work can be started anytime and anywhere. This advantage can mostly reduce the commute time to the company, it is possible to increase the time that it is possible to devote to work. In other words, the productivity of work improves in this point. In addition, it is also possible to participate the company's project also from a long distance. It is possible to gather the necessary human resources in the main place. As a harmful effect, it says to obscure the boundary between work and private. But, that is the idea of each person.
